Kelsey graduated from University of Massachusetts Lowell with a B.A. in Communications and Marketing in 2015. Upon graduating Kelsey worked for one of the largest private commercial developers in New England. Kelsey is our Executive Manager – she brings an honest sense of optimism and a knack for genuine feedback. She prides herself on being an expert on developing business, connecting our brand with forward thinking agents, new campaigns, handling media outreach and social accounts, or creating marketing strategy. She plays a key role in expanding J. Borstell Real Estate’s regional footprint by helping us find profitable rehabs and new construction opportunities outside of the Merrimack Valley.
Loyal and friendly to the max, she brings a welcomed calming presence to the office that we couldn’t live without. A professional weekender, Kelsey’s day begins with hanging out with her dog, Goose (you might know him), hanging out with nieces and nephews or checking out a new restaurant in town with her husband Jeffrey and friends.
